Me and my girl actually went here cause she thought this was the oyster place that I wanna go to. We wanted to cancel the reservation but what the heck! It's definitely a posh restaurant. Love the decor, not really loving the music though. It's too much R&B top 40 chart kinda music. Food is kind of expensive for me but it was really good! You get what you paid for. Their oysters are fresh, too bad they're itsy bitsy tiny. the Ahi Poke IS THE BEST. All of the food comes in a small portions. so if you're used to American portions you're gonna be disappointed. Reservations are recommended if you're coming in a huge party on weekends. Crowd-wise? yuppies to old rich peeps. The servers are really polite and informative. They explained to us what exactly we're eating.

Mission Rock wow!!! havent been here in years but the place does stir up some memories. Again, another place MO never had to pay a cover or wait in line at =) Upstairs was always the place to be or even on the small outdoor dance floor patio downstairs. 1st floor inside was always pretty dead no matter whos party it was. -1 for the bitch bartender that use to work downstairs that always gave bad service and was just a straight cunt. -1 for security throwing me out after getting sucker punched then me stomping on the dude. You guys should have only thrown out those that a$$holes =) Just cause im the dude givin' out an ass whoopin doesnt mean I started it =)

My neighbor's a bartender here. He hooked it up with free drinks on a night he wasn't even working. That in and of itself gets Du Nord five stars in my book. Added bonus? The velvet sofa tucked away in the corner.
