Got a groupon for breakfast or lunch for $10 and wandered in after purchasing a ticket to a comedic show down the street at the Marine Memorial Theater. 1) The menu above the counter is hard to read. There's a printed one next to the cashier on the left. 2) don't bother trying to get a table at the cool places by the window or in the back with the couches. The art students have already got them 3) sodas are free refills. 4) The blonde waitress will be snide about your groupon but the brunette was super chill. Got the lunch box special where for ten bucks I got a specialty sandwich (bbq pulled pork sandwich), a brownie (or cookie), a soda, and a side of chips (or side salad). That's a lot for ten bucks. The food was pretty good and worth the money. Will return to see if I am cool enough to get in when it is a nightclub. The space is pretty small so I wonder how they pull it off.
by Pandora R. on I must say this was one night club that was true to their word! Though partying on a Monday night isn't my usual style; I made it my style. The club offers free valet parking, ladies free til midnight, and free martinis for ladies until 1230. I was very, very surprised to see that the club actually fulfilled every single perk that was offered. Not only did I get in free, I partied like it was 1999! The music was upbeat, the drinks were tasty, and the staff was borderline friendly. I gave this club 3 stars, because it was just entirely to many females...my advice to the men if going on Mondays, take a female friend with you, and let her go to the bar to get you some free drinks...OKKKKKKK!
