It's a beautiful Saturday afternoon, and me and my special lady friend are enjoying a mojito at Gloria's down the street from said reviewee. We decide we should take a stroll down to Maggiano's and sample the dinner fare there. The following conversation ensues: The old lady (hereby referred to as TOL): "Hi, what's your wait time?" Unidentified Maggiano's Person: "We're not allowed to give that information out over the phone." TOL: "um, ok, mind if I ask why?" UMP: "if we tell you, and then you come in and have to wait longer, you are going to get mad." Seriously. That's what she said. Needless to say, we decided to venture elsewhere. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. The next Tuesday we decided to give it another chance. We arrived and were seated promptly and ordered drinks. That, I'm sorry to say, was the highlight of the meal. The calamari was chewy. My pasta was hard and dry at the edges of the bowl, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for much too long. The cream sauce was thin and under seasoned. My girlfriends manicotti was similarly unappetizing for many of the same reasons. Throughout the meal, both my glasses (beverage, not reading) ended up bone dry several times. We ended up having to ask a different wait person to find our waitress. The waitress (when she finally came over to deliver our bill) saw our untouched entrees and called over the manager, who (rightfully) took them off of the check. One plate of calamari, two glasses of wine, one bellini, and $35 later (It would have been closer to $70 had the entrees not been removed), I can safely say I will not be coming back here.

THE MANSION IS NOW CALLED "THE ONE" please make a note of it. why? supposedly the mansion had a really bad rep so its called the one now...and guess what? its still the same...still shitty. with a club...that basically looks like your house, all you have is a small living room to dance in..and towards the back is closed off sometimes but looks like a small dining room and no dancefloor, just couches,...2nd floor, small as hell. 3rd floor is your bathrooms and a vip section, which is quite shitty unless you plan to stay up there all day and play checkers because you cant hear music or see others. and the 4th floor is private closed off vip section and basically your bedroom. the drinks are really overpriced and the bartenders try to make it worth your buck, but you spend like 15 bucks on a long beach because it just taste horrible with the usage of too much liquor for 1 drink that should taste good. so you end up askin for more juice, and more juice means more tips. music depends on the dj. usually the 1st floor is techno and 2nd floor is hiphop. but lets just say that theres a lot of racisms and haters when you go to the "ONE" now...people who usually go there did not like the fact a lot of asians were in there. and would stare at girls up and down while sittin on the stairs because theyre too busy hatin at girls that are havin a good time. so the crowd? apparently racist if youre not asian, because it was an asian party, but we share because were not racist. and yes the haters always likes to starts fights for no apparent reason, and the cops would always show up late, after the men beat up the girls who was innocent and just happened to walk by. not sayin that the cops are bad, but apparently the "ONE" is just drama, drama, drama. used to be owned by the same owners of used to be Tragos, no wonder there's just BS drama. and parking? fogettabout it. the parkin garage next to tragos, is the worst that takes 1/2 to get your car. and everywhere else is too crowded to park in that someone will most likely hit your car trying to squeeze into the spots. and the street garage are the worst because the stupid attendants wants u to park a certain way, why!? morons. the "one"...hell to the no...
