by Jack Bergenstock on A friend told me about this place. This friend also told me about their open bar happy hour on Sundays. 2 hours. All you can drink. No cover. Check, check, and CHECK! Dangerous thing? Sunday night. Gotta thank Mom and Dad for the good no hangover genes! So off we went. Stood outside for a bit to get admitted. Once you enter, you notice the couches. The dimmed lights. Huge chandeliers. Very cozy and all to the tunes of pumping music. The open bar? I mean, seriously? No cover? 2 hours? Makes the field trip worth the while. I even met up with some friends I had not seen for some time. Makes for a good time.
by Amy J. on A new take on yet another steak house. It's your standard steak house with a bar and lounge scene. Seems to me they're trying to do too many thing and not concentrating on doing one thing well. We had a reservation for 9pm. We arrived at 8:45 and weren't seated until almost 10pm. They tell you to sit at the bar and have "A DRINK" . Well if you wait for an hour you're going to have more than "A Drink". I guess that how they get you to spend more money. The crowd was pretty cool and trendy. A lot of Wall Street type d-bags, but a couple generally cool people. Glad I went. Doubt I'll be back.
by Dexter Muncher on It's time for me to jump on the bandwagon and drop a compliment for this place. It hasn't failed me yet. Most recently brought a friend here who loved it. We got there early enough on Thursday evening after work (i.e. late afternoon) that we could casually walk across and find a nice lil table spot up on top. It was not the case going down for refills and eventually walking out - way too much body heat and toe stepping that go with these overcrowded places... But, as long as you expect all that, it's worth it on a nice night.
