by Neha K. on Everytime I have come here, I've eaten great food, service has always been attentive, and as a result, I've had a great time. Then again, everytime I have come, it's right before closing so there's no line or crowd. :-) What I've eaten here: eggplant rolentine and pizza. Both were very delicious and only get these two things as they are SO delicious, I am never in the mood to try something new. I like their wine selection as well!
by Lionel Kozlowski on Haven't been here recently ... but wanted to comment about my experience here since the latest episode of Top Chef got me thinking (and craving) some spicy Southern cooking. The jambalaya is good ... with a little kick .. probably not good for spice-wimps. Cornmeal-Fried Catfish, greens, cornbread, brisket, cajun shrimp = all geezy. There is something to be said about good entertainment and food. I nibbled all night long as the sets kept playing and playing. I remember on the night I was there, Lloyd Gregory played with his band. I forget the musician's name, but a lovely woman sang a heartwarming duet with Gregory ... Joe Crocker's "You Are So Beautiful..." Sure, it annoyed my husband when I hummed that song for days afterward ... but that's how awesome of a time I had at Biscuits & Blues. Can't wait to go back!
