Yay for Taco Tuesday! $2 tacos. Recommend getting it Nick's way for 95 cents more. Tacos are much better with the crispy taco shell and fresh guacamole. Tacos and quesadillas are slightly less greasier than those served at Underdog's. Line for tacos can get long, but once you place your order, food comes out really quickly. Good luck finding a seat.

When my friend took me here last year to celebrate my birthday, I actually hadn't heard all of the hubbub. I was simply hankering for some vaguely Middle Eastern food. There are very few meals that qualify for a food epiphany experience status, but this is one. It blew my hairs right back. The interior was inviting and intimate, the service was exceptional... though looking back I am amazed we got a seat for dinner without a reservation. It was packed, a bit loud. We both opted for the tasting menu for $36 and the towering appetizer selection, so we really got a very good cross section of the menu as it was then. The only thing I recall being a bit put off by was one of the chickpea appetizers was mega-salty but that aside everything else was exquisite. Two dishes that stuck with me were grilled haloumi (cypriot sheep's cheese) with dates and some sort of fish carpacchio with sumac berries and other assorted delicate zippy accompaniments. The servings are all almost tapas sized so you really are able to sample quite a lot. Rich stuff, but all so perfectly prepared and presented. Perfect spot for a special occasion dinner, or more regularly if I were slightly more posh.

Went there this past Saturday night with my close friend. The food was awesome. Recommended starter: The Plantain! It was cooked just right, the caramelized banana was crispy but not too crispy. Even the sweetness was just right. The food is great, I had a chicken curry that was seasoned just right. It was perfect. Price wasn't that bad at all either. My only minus one was when the restaurant turned to a dance floor, the guys just abruptly took the tables without prepping us....but the waitress was very nice and courteous enough to acknowledge that.
