The environment is relaxed and fun, the staff are really nice, and the food and drinks are definitely reasonably priced. I've only gone to the Funky Fresh Fridays (which I absolutely love), but I'm looking forward to attending the new Rock-aoke on Thursdays. If you check out the website, you can read the "Smiles Updates" posted by the General Manager, Chris. Personally, I like the "mom and pop" feel of the place and I know that the mission of business isn't solely about money--unlike other places. My advice, go on a night and check it out yourself. Call ahead and see when the crowds typically arrive, or do what I did... bring your OWN crowd! I had my birthday that and have a BLAST. I had about 20 or so people there and it was amazing. We even got to use the VIP room for free, The people at the door also directed folks for my party to our VIP room--and I never asked them to do that. Honestly, if you like service and quality, this is a great spot to check out. =)
