13 is part bar, part club and part oasis. We have three floors which includes a summer roof deck and an upstairs lounge.

The décor and atmosphere are reminiscent of a retro James Bond Martini Lounge with a futuristic looking upstairs lounge available for private parties.

Decent Prices. My wife and I usually vacation in Detroit and when we do we stop here. Only bad thing is that their hours are random and they are never open on Sunday. Club in the basement with a sweet dance floor and underground atmosphere. I'll be back for sure.

I'd almost totally forgotten about this place since the performances I see here are so few and far between. However, the shows I have seen have been fantastic. Great locale, acoustics, space, and ambiance. I wish more of the acts that I liked played here.

They should have a sign on this place that says "home of the $10 drunk" cause really, thats what happens here.  you lay down $5 for that first martini, and it goes down so smooth, you gotta have a second. The second one goes down even better than the first.  So now, you are $10 in the hole, and you ask yourself, do I want a third? The answer should almost always be no.  And if you need reassurance, try to stand up and walk around.  The place is so dark, you don't feel the swimming.  But I assure you its there. If for some reason (intentionally or unintentionally) a 3rd martini occurs, remember to be kind to the martini faeries. And tell them I sent you.
