by Nicole L. on I'd been to many of the bars on Polk St. but I had never made it to Koko Cocktails. My friend Shannon recommended we start there and I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I heard the name. However, it was a really cool bar inside. For Halloweem, they were showing The Shining in the background and had a drink special called Red Rum which was basically rum and cranberry. It was a really fun little place and they had a lot of nice "Shining" themed touches. Example: in the bathroom, RedRum was also written on the walls - across from the mirror.
by Dan O. on I guess some places aren't made for people who don't make a billion dollars a minute and don't get bottle service. Need I say more please.. I've seen better and from better clubs I've been kicked out of...... Can't remember the name cuz I was probably drunk and that's why I got kicked out, jk LOL. Honestly if you don't know the owner or have a billion $$ in the bank then don't go!
by Christoper Klemme on The only things I like about the Hong Kong are the scorpion bowls, and the spring rolls from downstairs. Otherwise it's complete rubbish. I don't know what harvard kids see in it. I guess it's an alright place to get sloppy drunk, but really? Come on.
