Bubble is the place to go on Friday/Saturdays if you want no cover. The music selection is cool. The crowd is just average if I say so myself. Sometimes they have a rare spotting of extra hot people, but most of the time, it's more of a loungey average crowd. (at least from my experience) I heard that the bar sitch kind of sucks because they don't reallly do AMFs or those special drinks outside of their specialty cocktails. The music is good. It's always crowded and lively. The air is festive. It's a great place to go. Bad thing? I love the bottom dance floor BUT it's like a sauna down there! It's ridiculous how stuffy and sweaty everything is. Sometimes I wish I could dance longer, but I can't take it anymore. Whenever I go to Bubble Lounge to dance, I try to wear as light as possible. NO JACKETS or anything like that.

I really wish I knew this place was closed on Tuesdays and I wish I knew that Hicks goes north then south then north then south but despite these few hiccups, I finally made it to Hardena on a Saturday afternoon. It was well worth it. I agree with other reviewers, the place seems closed but it isn't. There are few sketchy characters around the area but don't let that sway you because the food is awesome. It would take a cupboard full of spices, lots of dirty pots and pans, and time to cook the yummy food that awaits you behind the glass in the glorified eat-in-kitchen/restaurant. I'm not sure the names of the dishes but the friendly lady behind the counter will tell you what everything is and what is in it. The lady meets you at the counter and, with a Styrofoam plate half full of coconut sticky rice, asks you want you want. After giving you descriptions of each, she fills your plate with 4 items plus one of the fried fish/seafood cakes. We had two of these plates plus lamb satay. Everything we had was great and some items were a little spicy, but nothing too spicy. She also offers you hot sauce, which is ground chillies. This is pretty spicy but you can get it on the side. We got all of this and two bottles of water for $20. What a deal! We'll definitely go back.
