by Heart- M. on why is this place still open? how is it this place is still open? if you're looking for a 24/7 joint to get late night eateries, drive a little further down and just go to ihop instead. i wouldn't rate ihop as 5 stars or even 4 star place but its definitely a lot better than this hole. not only is the majestic overpriced for the crap ass food it serves, the service is a bit slow. we're talking about $10 for a burger, $8 for a hot dog, 2$ for a soda, and fries that taste frozen. i support local business but this place isn't worth anyone's time.
by Emily T. on I only go here for drinks before movies. It's pretty bad when you can't find one thing on the menu you want to order...it's that boring. It's a huge space and there are pool tables but I've never seen the place packed. Eat before you come to the Metreon, that's my advice.
by Phil Hattley on I ADORE Cielo! I was so surprised to find this in the Meat Packing District because it's a smaller/intimate space out of place amongst the larger clubs that seem to be taking over. Cielo has 1 lowered dance floor with a comfortable seating area surrounding it... great patio area outside to enjoy some smokes and cokes (the drink, hi mom!). I especially loved it because they played HOUSE MUSIC... not the trance or electronica (I just can't get into it...) but the deep/soulful kind that I am used to in San Francisco. Service is great and people were very friendly... just into the music and having a good time.
