by Claire W. on I was genuinely wowed by The Edison. Phenomenal lighting: great details in the fixtures which set a beautiful, entrancing mood. I love the textures: brick, wood, old painted metal. There are so many engaging details about The Edison, I could easily spend a month here soaking them in. Everything about the design and decorating was pitch perfect. I was entranced by the wacky silent films. I watched them and riffed off them with a friend for an hour. It was highly entertaining. There was a talented swing band playing familiar hits. The music was lively and infectious. You should definitely check this place out whether or not this is your type of crowd. It's too cool to miss. Bring a crew of people you like to hang out with.
by Nancy H. on Very unique look inside with a cool asian theme. Lots of red lighting and has girls hanging from the ceiling in sheets doing acrobatics. Not a very big dance floor. the floor is interrupted by the little tables and couches where very few people actually sit.
by Katheryn Fitzerald on by far the coolest looking resturant in philly. you really feel like you are in a spaceship. the food is top rate and service is fast. prices kinda high, but i may have a lower budget than you. worth the experience. no free parking in the area though.
