by robert s. on What can I say about Drunks, the best thing this bar ever did was hire the Cool Latin guy, who is str8. I always forget his name, maybe Waldo? Been to a lot of bars, met a lot of bartenders, he's on the top of the list. Drinks are cheap, the guys cheaper.
by Lisa I. on Everything was great except the service. Granted my co-workers and I got there early, (early= hardly any people= great service right?) we had HORRIBLE service. The waitress never came back to ask us how everything tasted, didn't even bother to ask if we wanted another round of drinks. She literally only asked took our order and brought the food to us. I used to waitress so I don't like it when I get crappy service. Then there's the valet who made us walk all the way to the end of the block to get the car. Usually valet = brings your car to you, not you should go to the end of the block to pick up your own car. I would come here again for the food and atmosphere but I hope I don't get the same waitress!

Reservations are usually a must like any other place in New York, but if it is sushi you want, then you can usually get in and sit at the second floor sushi bar (which has a great view). You will be blown away by the Glazed Sea Bass and look to http://www.christinash...in the New York section for other comments from our last trip there. End your dinner with a walk in front of the old Plaza Hotel, just across the street and to the left as you exit TAO.
