Okay. So I stopped into Flip to grab a quick burger to to. I was on the way to a study session with a friend. I had never been in a FLIP burger before, but wow!!!!!!! I did not want to leave, the place was so cool inside, I did not expect it. They have framed mirrors and LCD tvs at the bar, the booths are actually the same on the ceiling as they are on the floor so they mirror each other, hence flipped, it is so cool that I am not doing it justice with my explanation on here. The service was quick and efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes!!!! This was during a busy hour on a Thursday night. I so just wanted to stay and enjoy my flip burger which was amazing by the way! I ordered something that would be quick and no frills so I could get to my study group. Bacon and Cheese burger to go!! I added fries with it. Both were totally scrumptious!! 7.50 for the burger, 3.00 for the fries, 3.00 dollars for the excellent service. I cannot wait to go back and be chill while I am there. Take some friends with me. Go give it a shot, you'll love it.

Was West Hollywood in need of an apple store? It seems that for some reason they replaced the bar with an apple store that sells over priced water downed well drinks. ($8 for a well vodka tonic that was really watered down!) That's okay, all those young under 30's and the sugar daddies that chase them can have this place. Desperation never looked so sterile.

SFB&C is an awesome place for lunch. For some reason, the energy felt great. You can also tell that the food is very fresh and made with care. I'm a big fan of the cream of asparagus soup. It's not on their normal menu, so consider yourself lucky and prepped to hit Vegas if you happen upon it the first time you visit! I got the soup (which comes in a pretty big bowl) and specialty sandwich deal for $7.79. You can also get the soup and regular sandwich meal for a dollar less. The portions are big enough such that I could take half my sandwich home for dinner, too. I've heard great things about their New England clam chowder, which you can get in a bread bowl. This is a big deal for you New Englanders who might be craving this dish but can't find it anywhere else in this part of the country. The owner came out to meet us and is very friendly. He showed us some snapshots of his very expressive baby and welcomed us to come back again. And I most definitely will. The verdict: Local, delicious, and friendly. What more can you ask for from a neighborhood lunch stop?
