I came here on New Years Eve and the night started off HORRIBLY. I bought my ticket through Ticket Web but my name was not on the will call list (I was with friends who also bought through Ticket Web and their names were on the list). The security guards were beyond rude (dismissive, name calling, etc) and did not let me speak to the manager. Things improved a bit when my boyfriend arrived and demanded that we talk to someone higher up. The manager (Reggie S.) was semi-apologetic and let us in after we paid the entry fee (again). He promised that we would be completely refunded if we e-mailed him the e-ticket. He gave us his contact information and took mine. We have tried to call him for the past month and have left 20 plus messages - but have not heard from him. Once inside, the place was mediocre. Very crowded and small venue with an OK play-list. The bar was extremely crowded and there was no space to dance. The slide was (understandably) not open on NYE. I had high expectations for Slide and they were not met (to say the very least). I would DEFINITELY not go back again.

All the hype for this? We had a table at Drai's Saturday night and getting in was just a clusterfuck. The hostess was rude to everyone, our group included. But door drama aside, we got in and got to our table. And the table they gave us sucked. So we moved to a more packed area and smaller table. But we were surrounded by a good crowd of people, so it wasn't so bad. The decor is reminiscent of Tryst, yes, but good Lord, there is a crazy mix of people here. I saw actors, beautiful people, and some uuuugly people here. I get the idea they're most concerned with making money based on volume rather than exclusivity. But it's the new hot spot and until the general public gets bored with it, it'll remain like this.

I went to this place almost every Saturday night during my senior year in college. I go to this place for good music and a long night of dancing. I also go for for private parties and rent out cool VIP lounges to hang out with friends. Trinity is a classy nightclub with a great atmosphere. It is a very popular place because it is large and can cater to different styles and preferences. The lines can get long because it is the place to be. Inside there are three main rooms with three different DJs, plus the balconies and VIP area. Music in the main red room is a smooth mix of hip hop and dance with the dreaded techno mixed that gets people off the dance floor. The blue room has the techno. The card room where DJ Niro places mash-ups and a great mix of all music with a dance spin. The drinks are reasonable for a nice spot in Seattle. The bartenders are nice and I have never had a problem with service before. The bouncers are great and I feel very safe at the club. I will never say no to a night at Trinity!
