by Mario Q. on This place has a great ambiance that is hard to find any where else. Not your typical Mexican restaurant and bar that for sure. The decor will keep your eyes occupied though out your visit. The back patio has a DJ that kicks a little bit of everything with enough room to bust a move. The background music inside the restaurant is seductive yet lively. You won't have a chance to fall asleep in here. You'll start your grove the moment you walk in. As for the food, they start you off with not just chips and salsa, but three different types of salsa and a side of bean dip. The bean dip is so so good! I had the ahi fish tacos that i highly recommend. They were fantastic. The service was quick and friendly, especially at the bar. And speaking of the bar, the drinks are all made with plenty of love if you know what i mean. Great time.
by Rae Kammann on One of my regular bars on my weekend adventures, Busby provides it all. You want to throw some darts or play some pool? You got it. How about dance the night away? Hit the dance room. Maybe just take it easy by the bar and people watch? You can do that, too. Everyone always has a good time here and it's a great crowd from LA dbags to your neighbors you love. Coming here for football games is a blast, too, complete with fried food and delicious bloody marys to kick last night's hangover...which you probably got at Busby's anyway...
by Jennette Hoag on So here is the deal. If you do not get on the very easy and generous guestlist they provide then it is a waste of money because every night is 20 dollar cover night. That being said, saturday nights are the best night to go. Any other night you go is not as good and they dont honor the dress code. Drinks are about 8 to 10 dollars and the crowd is predominately asian but on good nights its completely mixed. I would have to say the worse thing about this club is the dj. He really has a tendency to kill the vibe sometimes with bad music selection and plays the same thing twice.
