Im the neaghbor to this bottom feeder bar. The owner is a pice of work. Iv never had anyone do so much to try and make things as hard as he can for someone that is just trying to earn a living. He owns a bar and sells a legal drug in liquid form. I wonder how many people leave his place drunk and end up killing their self or someone else.

It has the absolute most redonkulous design I've ever seen as a place trying to host a decent DJ, with that massive circular bar that takes up, oh, 70% of the club. The dance floor is about as large as a parking spot. For a Hybrid. The sound system is superb. If you're downstairs. If you're upstairs it sounds kinda muffled. It's douche central. Funny though, the one time I show up in work clothes, no make up, and ballerina flats, I seem to be the hottest thing in the house. Maybe it's because the men could tell I was female, as I wasn't dressed as, or had enough make up on to pass for a clown. Some guys invited us to their VIP table, then didn't talk to us. That's fine, thanks for the drinks, peace. I think I saw Tom Green on a stripper pole but turned away when he whipped his manhood out... ... and they apparently charge $13 for redbull + vodka.
by patti f. on I don't like the bouncers. I've been here twice, and both times I couldn't get in. I'm a girl by the way. The first time I was with a group of 8 girls and 1 guy (my boyfriend), and they were willing to let in all of the girls except him. He and I tried waiting in the normal line for about 45 minutes, but we gave up and went to Ruby Skye next door. Last night, I went with 6 girls and 2 guys around 10:30pm. When we got to the front of the line, they said it was guestlist only. Our friends had a reserved table and we obviously had a decent girl to guy ratio, but the bouncer still wouldn't budge. In conclusion, I can't even rate Slide as a club because I've never been let in, but I can definitely warn people that it's pretty freakin hard to get in.
by Norberto Brehon on i used to like the food there (2 years ago) until the cock roaches took over the kitchen. I kid you not...I'll take my chicken minus the roaches..puhlease! As far as the night scene and dancing..it is great for coked up, sexually confused guys.
