First Impressions: Loved. Loved. Loved. From the welcoming valet, to the uber-cool heavy wooden doors and tin panel ceiling, wide-open spaces with just-the-perfect-amount-of-interesting elements - simple, uncomplicated with a keen eye for detail and mixing the unexpected - and the same design sense echos through to the menu and attentive service. The staff was helpful and friendly and didn't mind our questions or "reworking" of the menu. We split the sweet potato ravioli as an appetizer - it was an amazing combination of flavors - chickpeas, swiss chard, preserved lemon and brown butter. Sublime. For our mains we enjoyed the Georgia mountain trout with a sherry-maple glaze (yum) and the duck confit (from the specials menu) with an espresso elder flower honey sauce that was so good. My first impression - is a thumbs-up. Can't wait to go back to sample more of the menu, brunch and lower level market. This is a fabulous ATL find. Don't miss it.

Drinks: overpriced like any other club , $8-10 avg per drink Crowd: more of undergraduate crowd and quite diverse Music: Good mix - 2 major areas so you can switch it up if you feel like it. Venue: Very compartmentalized. Lots of different areas, which I like, so you can wander around and meet lots of people. Basically, you feel the urge to explore because of the set up. Entry: they don't seem to strictly enforce dress code like Opera where my friend had to rent out dress shoes one time in order to be let in. (He was wearing tennis shoes). If you get on the e-mailing list you get a link to RSVP to get in free before 11pm. You don't have to print out anything - you just tell them your name at the door. Although it is crowded, overall, I had a good time and would come back again!

Sure.  Seems like your pretty standard West Chelsea over-priced, cheesey dance palace.  I came for an alumni fuction hosted by the class committee of my distinguished alma mater, so I can't speak to how hard it is to get in normally (though I hear it's very hard), but my experience here was good only because I was with some great people, and for no other reason whatsoever.  The layout actually makes no sense - why would you put tables in the middle of the only open space in the place?  But points for the houtside terrace and STRONG drinks - damn.
