This review is for Friday night.  I'd give this place about 2.5 stars; not my favorite club in LA or in general, but the venue is nicely decorated and the bottle service is good. The venue is very big, so I think they have a hard time filling it up.  It kind of looks like a big warehouse that they padded the walls and draped in white.  I do like supperclub's aesthetic theme with the couches, although it makes it very difficult to wear heels and dance in the table service section.  It's also  nice to have compartments to put our purses and jackets - reduces the risk of theft and no coat check! The bottle girls were nice and poured all of our drinks.  The music was not my taste, more electronic / house style.  They had a live performance from some artist I didn't really know and handed out glow-stick light sabers... I felt like I was in Disneyland!  Haha. Overall, not a bad club but I probably wouldn't come back because I'm not a fan of the music - at least on Friday nights. Random side note: the woman working in the bathroom was extremely rude.  I normally tip the ladies working there, but I didn't have any small bills and she definitely did not deserve a big tip.  She yelled at every single person who tried to use any of the toiletries in the bathroom without tipping, slapping their hands!  Definitely unnecessary.  She also scolded me for dripping water on the floor after I washed my hands...um excuse me?  I didn't have a towel to wipe my hands because she hadn't given me one yet... I mean, I understand that it's probably a frustrating job to work, but there is no reason to be THAT rude and yell at every single person, even before they have a chance to leave a tip.  The point of tipping is to reward good service AFTER you've received it... you can't just yell at people to tip you without providing any sort of service!  It was just sort of crazy.

I wasn't impressed with this place. We sat upstairs and contrary to what others have said the décor is horrendous. Downstairs looked a lot cooler but it's more of a bar from what I could tell. The food? Ok but won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Temple can be busy on the weekends, but it's not nearly as overcrowded as Belltown Billiards. The seven tables are nice and well spaced so you can enjoy your game without bumping into anybody. With lots of lounging space, there is plenty of room for non-pool players to enjoy the scene. And the food is *really* good. Pioneer square location close to the stadiums makes it a good spot for post game chillin'. But I like to drop in on a weekday evening when there are just a few people... grab a hot chicken pesto sandwich right off the panini press.
