Thoroughly enjoyed Rhonda Robson's karaoke on Saturday night with my 35 year old daughter at the request of friends who attended a wedding earlier in the day Varied age crowd and variety of songs to match. Friendly staff and crowd at a great neighborhood kind of place. Plan to go back for a birthday party at the invite of a regular later in the month. Could become your new favorite place! Lots of photos taken by Rhonda.

just wanted a chill establishment because i had come straight from work in flats and a sweater. didn't feel like throwin on heels and a dress with boobs falling out $5 flat parking right next door. it wasn't crowded at all when we arrived at midnight. stood in line maybe 3 minutes and NO COVER! how rare is that? you walk in and everything is actually on the lower floor. the crowd is pretty amazing. you get very mature and well dressed ladies and gents - not the little punk kids ready to throw back 5 shots and get freaky on the [non-existent] dance floor. little nooks and crannies and historic exhibits that i didn't get a chance to look at. their mai tai is so weak sauce and expensive. just stick with shots of hard alc. my only complaint is lack of top 40's music but duh it's not that type of place.

There is a dearth of quality dining options in Inwood but Mamajuana fills a void. Killer sangria, great apps, the puerquito is to die for (but split it with someone). The decor is tasteful, reminiscent of an ancient wine cellar and the outdoor dining is enormous and a great place to sit and soak in the neighborhood. Too bad the bathroom didn't have soap or papertowels or it would have gotten 5 stars here.

What can I say...I have spent many a happy morning here. Any place with the history that the End Up does, is open from Friday night until Monday morning is Okay by me! Always a mixed crowd, even on "Fag Fridays", always a place for you on the dance floor, and awesome deep funky house music. Sit by the fireplace, hang on the patio, or just dance your ass off, just go!
