by Jackie F. on I used to go here a lot when I worked in the city with coworkers. Everything I've had has been delicious and I recommend to anyone trying to stay on a budget in the city. It's hard to find a good lunch without paying an arm and a leg, but this is a treat. Go with a few friends and order a couple pizzas and you're set! Also, they have free delivery for those cold days in the office!
by Stanton Sheckles on Great friendly staff, new environment and excellent brunch food. I've been at least 5 or 6 times, on Sunday mornings, and absolutely love the food, the service, the friendly staff, the cocktails and the ambiance. One of the best kept secrets in the city!
by Willie Dingler on 511 Harrison is a super elegant art gallery and performance space located near the Soundfactory. I was here last Friday for Creative Commons' 5 Year Anniversary Party featuring Gilberto Gil and DJ Spooky. The venue was beautiful and filled with art that was totally my speed. They rent out this hip backdrop out for lots of different events so you should have many chances to check it out. My only complaint was that acoustics were not great for the musical performance. For someone of Gilberto Gil's caliber, they should have put together a much better music system. Gilberto was so annoyed that he turned into a diva and they made everyone stop talking so that he could be heard. Of course, this made me giggle and whisper to my friends until I got yelled at.
