by Jordan B. on OH Lime. You are delightful. You do not have the very best food or the best prices or a reasonable wait/reservation availability, but you're just so fun. You're like that friend i choose to hang out with when i want to make bad decisions and have a blast. Last time we spent time together the only brunch reso i could get was at 10am (opening time). The five of us made friends with the skinny, still-coked-out party girls (love your club dresses and hair!) and the bronzed, spikey-haired party boys at the table next to us (sunglasses in the morning! how fashionable!) and found ourselves first kicked out of our booth around noon to accommodate another party (totally reasonable), and then... hmm. I'm not sure what happened after that. Things i vaguely remember, discovered and/or were told later: 1. I woke up at 8pm in my bed, in my undies, dress MIA (found later tangled in the sheets). 2. My leg was had a vicious bruise on it. a. Turns out i fell down on my walk home. 3. My trash can had puke in it. a. This turned out to not be mine. b. It also turns out that three out of five of us threw up (not me). 4. My friend and i evidently had a pillow fight with my couch cushions. Neither of us remembers this. a. Turns out a different set of three out of five blacked out. 5. One of the Club Girls may have been having boy problems with one of the Club Boys. I think there may have been crying. There was definitely girly stranger bonding ("No YOU'RE so pretty. He totally doesn't deserve you."). 6. There was almost certainly midday dancing. In sum: Love Lime. Must visit again soon.
by Elouise Berkebile on Gotta love this place for the bizarre drag show on Saturday at Midnight (or sometime around that hour - nothing is ever on time unless it's tranny time). Interesting bar staff. But ladies beware - don't drink too much and expect to have a good bathroom time - eek!
