This restuarant is around the corner from my boyfriends house and Friday and Saturday nights always looks packed to capacity. We decided to go in and try it out. We had the pizza which was ok, the desserrt was the best thing we had there a warm bread pudding and ice crem, and the drinks were average. Overall the dining experience was bad because it was so loud. The only positive was that the restuarant was large and spacious so we didn't feel crowded at our table.

i have been avoiding to review this place, only because it hurts so good.. have been here with the "girls" a year ago, and had super fun! ... a jazz band in the main dining area, and in the inner room a fun raggae jivin' gig. then, i used to bring my burly X brutha here... we had a blast .. this was our R&R bar, during those weekdays of working from home, a reprieve from his C++ coding and my silly systems work .. then, it was gone. last year, the bands i have seen were cool mixes of old jazz, fusion, some r&b and good old fashioned soul.. good times! with courage, i returned tonight with an out of town guest, and had a blast... ok, the memories of my burly brutha still lingers, however, that does not skew my overall perception that this place got even better! the main area has transformed into a dining experience. the smell of yummy food abounds as you enter the main area, even at a late hour. at the rear, there was deejay and lots of ppl... and later on an old-school band... the venue tonight was definitely 70s 80s and later ... i told my friend, it was "the jeffersons and their granddad"... in contrast to our prior "prince of bel-air" venue at Mr. smith's... nevertheless, this place was consistently an unpredictable gem! yes, there were melancholy moments, but the miles davis and quincy jones poster of an andy warhol style, reminded me that trends, like boyfriends come and go, but the classic will remain .. and so .. I continued to sway my hips.
