by Clarence Phifer on Went there for a late dinner before while waiting for our movie at the fork and screen! I got some shrimp remoulade which was very good. We sat at the bar and the bartender was cool. It wasn't too busy so some of the wait staff dropped by to chat with us. That's why they're getting 4 stars! :)
by Carlota Huerto on I was only here for a short time but I liked it. It had a real retro vibe. The crowd is so mixed! Women with bouffantes... men with bouffantes... over 60 under 30. It seems like anything goes here. Fig martini was yummy. The watermelon was...err, pretty harsh. Fun and cool. People just seem to be there to have a good time.
by David L. on I love NYC. and whenever i do go back to NYC, i make sure that i go back to the Back Fence. The first time i went here, I was skeptical but being the fact that my friends and I were just walking around checking out the scene, we ended up here. I'm glad we did because it was fun. the people that helped us especially the Barkeep was soo nice. We pretty much stayed here till like 3 am and realize that we had a plane to catch the next morning. I definitely recommend this place if you're in downtown area!
