The valet guys were super nice, the doormen were charming, the welcoming staff at the podium beyond the velvet ropes were lovely, the elevator ride was fast yet smooth, the music was pumpin, the table was centralized with the view of the pool, the go-go dancers & the dance floor, the cocktails were strong & yummy, the servers were fantastic & accomodating, the food was delish, the dessert was heavenly, the view was amazing, the cabana felt like my own backyard, the whole experience was wonderful!!!!! What else can I say..... COME ON DOWN!!!!!
by Christopher Tricomi on Although the picture I took with friends, sitting in the beauty shop chairs against the back wall, is the coolest of cool, this bar just doesn't do it for me. I get why its hip. Well sorta. It might be cause everyone "says" it is hip, and Austin buys into the rumors. Or maybe its the proximity to the Red River scene , or the fact that band members tend to hang out here post gigs. The little seating area is nice, the lights flashing are a bit psychedelic, the drinks are waaay too much for me. Ive never been here to watch manicures in progress, and I guess thats sort of cool, but probably the last thing on my to do list for a Saturday night. I do like the outside area in the front though. I could probably hang there. Really, I came here, clearly wasn't part of the scene and was bored. I would come back again for a big party or event but not just to hang on a weekend. Verdict: Come here if your a hipster with some dough.
