by Virgil Bloomgren on I had a great time here. Good bowling, good alcohol, good food... everything's swanky. Very nice lanes. Then again, I was here for my company's holiday party, and they paid for everything. So, maybe if I had to pay for things, my opinion would be different. Location kind of sucks. Out of the way and hard to get to.
by Christina C. on A place to be seen at. A place to try once. A large group of us (9) came here for dinner. Like others have rateclubsed, we had trouble finding the place. The ambiance inside was very nice. The lights were dim and there was light music playing. The little green lamps were cool. A few of us decided to go all out and get the chef-selection omakase. 2 of us decided to get the accompanying beverage omakase. The service was very accomodating- they asked us for things we didn't like and what not so they can work around it. In all, there was about 7 courses + dessert. It was all really good and really filling. The kobe beef was tender. The sashimi melted in your mouth like butter. The one thing I didn't like was the vinegar shooter to cleanse your palate. As for the beverage omakase, it was ok. Each course came with its own accompanying drink. Some of the wines I found too dry. Of course, it is a lot of alcohol to ingest, so don't plan on driving afterwards. + Great service + Good food + Decent menu selection (vegetarians be not afraid, but don't expect much) + Good ambiance - A bit overpriced - Morimoto wasn't there that day.
