I came here once on my birthday without realizing that it was my birthday. Yeah i know, that sounded pretty stupid but its the truth. Anyhoo, the inside of this place looked pretty decent. There was a bar on the lower and upper level but both bars were JAMMED PACKED. There is a patio area with tables where you can smoke or at least I think you can smoke? well I did it anyway. The waiting service here is horrendous. The waitress will take your drink orders and come back 30 minutes later. And making your way to the bar to get a drink yourself is a workout. Verdict - Decent place to go to with a large group. The dance floor on the upper level is O. D crowded and it's like a microwave in there. This place has a lot of potential if they improve their beer selection, made their cocktails a little stronger, and provide better service to the people at the tables. To end on a good note, my waitress' nipples were showin :p

Yep, it was better before the renovation. People are hungry for originality and character. Cafe "renovated" these qualities away. Has anyone else noticed how smoky this place is? Before the renovation it had that quasi-indoor patio area for smoking. Now it's a fully indoor area. All the smoke gets sealed in. I came home stinking of tobacco - and I never entered the smoking area.

Kind of a disjointed menu, but tasty selections on it. This is good food, not off the hook. The wine was reasonably priced. They gave me a free desert because it was my birthday, and they gave us a free round of drinks for "rushing us out" at the end of our meal when they were opening their dance floor. Truth is, we asked them to bring things slowly because we wanted to stay for the club and we finished just when we wanted to . . . at the last second. Well, they might of rushed us a touch, but not much and really, it was our own fault, so all and all I would say that was very gracious of them. Service was super through the whole night. Our server from NY had great insight, great wine picks, and was a general delight to interact with. Even the bussers clearing our plates were friendly. If I go to a party at Temple at again, I would definitely have dinner at Prana before again. It worked out. Oh yeah, not too full on a Friday night too, we were able to get the reservation pretty late.
