by Crysta Piechoski on I vote NO on ever again going to Bruno's with my friends. Just like the crowd this bar has no character. It could have been any bar anywhere... Chili's in Pleasanton, TGI Friday's in San BRUNO (with some stripper poles). The DJ played Fergalicious three times and when I went outside to reassure myself I was still in the Mission -it came on again. The crowd didn't even cheer the fourth time around. If you like the Marina with its super average, clickie types that seem to be acting more then living -this could still be your Mecca. However, the Mission's own Majoule has already mastered the Marina East scene to the point the Plastics lines up around the block for some roof-top smoking space. Bruno's is lame.
