I also always end up drinking an insane amount of Chimay (they have it on tap!) and not remembering most of the night - but the important thing is that I enjoy myself. The whole concept of having artwork up that is easily bumped into by drunk people doesn't seem like a fantastic idea to me, but somehow it works. To be honest, about 2 years ago I think I almost knocked a painting over (I know I know, I'm terrible). Decent crowd though usually and it's always nice to have something to look at on the walls. I also like that the gallery is separated into 2 distinct areas- I prefer the side with a DJ but only because I can't be somewhere with music and resist dancing. Another noteworthy pro is that I've never had a hard time getting a drink. All in all, a pretty solid choice if you go on the right night or if it's an after party for something worthwhile.
by Gale Sadat on Love this place! Great for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Family style, great prices, full bar, juke box, pool table, no rush. Minus one star because the no rush also applies to the waitstaff. They work hard, but it's easy to be ignored.
