Etiwanda California?! It that REALLY the name of a town in the US? I thought maybe I was in Africa.... But I digress.... This place can only be described as a hipster dufus locale....and with a group of posers, it was the perfect place for us to be on a Wednesday night. Before you get your knickers in a twist, listen up - this place was cool - but almost a bit too cool. Which is why it was the perfect place for my friends to set up the perfect role playing effort for another friend's 30th birthday. The plot: Said birthday boy is not the unknown person that he is in real life (I hope he's not reading this...), he is legendary Belgian/German Film Star, Axel Lothaire. And he's filming a few scenes in SF for his upcoming film, Die Starke.....and we are his posse...along with the two bodyguards that were hired actors to make it more legit. That was what really made the night...the art was less than impressive. Seriously, some of it looked like projects I did when I was in 5th grade. The music was decent, the bar was busy but not as crazy as I've read in reviews past. This place closes pretty early on Wednesday, but it was a great starting off point for a fun night. Would I go back? It's possible...the crowd seemed to be a mix of interesting people and people pretending to be interesting *ahem* but nothing can beat posing it up with good friends.

I went to this place last night, and I certainly had a good time. Even though it took a while for the place to fill up, once it did though , the place was a lot of fun. Recommend it to anybody who enjoys house music and techno.
