by Andy Newcom on For some strange reason, I know a particular group of acquaintances that swear that Mejool is the second coming. (The same group that gets exited to go to CRASH on the weekend. Barf) Yes, I've been known to hang out with them, but only faute de mieux. East Bay plebeian wannabe high class. (Sorry, I'm really not that mean). That's what I found here. Pretty bad overpriced "fusion" food. Really weak and overpriced drinks. And not my general digs. The only redeeming factor is the heated rooftop patio..... where I met a leprechaun Yes, a real leprechaun. But I'll save that story for another time. Save your money. There are a million better places to go in the Mission. And for the same price, you can go have a great meal and a movie at Foreign Cinema next door.
