by Rosie Darlin on A bunch of friends flew in town for the Warriors game. We were basking in the glow of a playoff win and decided to get hyphy hyphy hyphy (This sounds extra ridiculous coming from me). So we all turn to my ultra wonderful, FHM model of a best friend with a heart of gold and she gets us in into Suede. Getting our VIP bracelets, hopping to the top floor, about to get "our shine on" as kids say these days. 10 minutes and 3 of the WEAKEST red bull vodkas ever later... Get. Me. The. Fugg. Out. Of. Here. Y list celebrities: some video ho who was on "Search for the Next Pussycat Doll" and a bootleg Destiny's Child got on stage and commandeered the Mic for 20 minutes while some guy threw ONE DOLLAR BILLS into the audience. (Ballin!) NO MUSIC while this was going on. Thugs, fobs, (why so many drawn in pencil eyebrows?), 15 year olds, and the like. I was a *bit* interested in seeing San Quinn perform.... but he didn't even show up. I really don't blame him. After a while I thought I was in Charlie's Chocolate Factory bc a drove of 3ft Oompa Loompas took over the place. J Rich ended up being there, and he was a pretty nice guy... thus the 1 star.
