ALFA opened in April of 2006 and is the creation of long time friends Joe Beckham and Giancarlo DiPasquale. Conceived as a casual hangout for the upscale Rittenhouse neighborhood, Alfa is perfect for Happy Hour, to meet friends for a cocktail, or to have an affordable but casual dinner. In March of 2010 Chef Joe Hunt took over the reigns in the kitchen to create a menu with a fresh and simple style that compliments ALFA's youthful and energetic atmosphere.
