It's been so long since I been to a small music venue where you can sit down and enjoy yourself while having dinner or drinks near the stage. I think there's a $20 minimum at the tables if you don't make reservations. If you don't want to make reservations for a table or sit at one, you can hang out around the open floor area where you can be more closer to the stage. In the back, there's a bar, more tables and seating, and a pool table. For dinner, I got the chicken quesadilla, which came with chips, guacamole, beans, and sour cream and drank 2 beers. I got this for about $21 including tip, which I thought was a good deal. I was expecting to spend more money. The food is not the greatest, but good enough for me. I came here for the music! The sound and acoustics were perfect. I plan to come here again!
by Michael Storlie on Ya know, initially I didn't like this place at all. It has, however, grown on me a little. Maybe just because it's in the neighborhood of bars I really enjoy hanging out at, maybe because I caught it last night on a DJ Mel night. Love DJ Mel. The drinks are way overpriced and everyone inside looks the same, but that makes it easier to find your friends because they're the ones a) not at the bar and b) that don't look like everyone else. From what I understand the DJs there are always pretty much awesome.
