We were scorned for switching CHAIRS because my friend has a back problem. It wasn't even the passive aggressive DISCRIMINATION we Americans are used to. No, it was the "Move your fat ass because you don't belong here" kind of hate. Not a lot of fun. Angry rateclubing is the best, don't you think? Zero stars.
by Trisha W. on Patron and Corzo and pizza are all damn good things. We found 222 Club via a random flyer from the happy-tasty-strangely-empty Red Box sushi down the street. Bars across the windows, red painted walls, candles and music that sounded like Sublime but wasn't. By which I mean, the bar was great. Their beer selection was somewhat limited, but they had a full bar (apparently having acquired a liquor license since the early rateclub reviews) and a nice lounge area. I've been searching for an East-of-VanNess equivalent of 540 club, and this is the first best contender, and not just because of the triple digit number nomenclature. A certain sort of grungy happy casualness. Good times.
