My husband and I came here with his father. My father-in-law is a big spender when it comes to restaurants and this was the nicest option on http://OpenTable.comin his opinion. They had an excellent wine selection and it was easy to find one with our variety of selections. We had two appetizers: The calamari and the steak tartar. Both were excellent. For dinner I had the Miso-glazed monkfish which came served with a lobster-mushroom risotto, asparagus and green onions. It was amazing and I have never had a risotto with so much flavor! My husband had the filet mignon with a truffle sauce. This steak was so tender he hardly needed a knife to cut it. For dessert we had a trio of creme brulee: coffee, raspberry and vanilla. It was perfect for the three of us. Although the food and environment was wonderful, I docked it one star because I thought it was a bit too pricy. I have dined at much more expensive restaurants than this that were the price, but I am not sure if this was quite worth it. Either way, I would go back for more.

This is my spot to watch the 49ers game on tv when it's not broadcasted nationwide. Fellow 49ers fans come out and we get together and watch our team battle it out (although lately, it looks like they haven' been showing up). Food is pretty good along with a good variety of beer on tap. Prices aren't bad either. It's older but thats what gives it character. My rating is actually 3.5 stars because where's the 49ers/SF Giants banners/photos/etc?!
