by Sovannary o. on I love this place beacuse I talked to the owner and the bouncers after a lonnggg night of not getting in ANYWHERE, I told them about my bad night and all they said was "okay, how many people you got with you?" and they let all five of us through! Even my one guy friend got in when he came later. Now see, if i went somewhere else and told them my sob story I wouldnt even get looked at. So I thank playhouse for not only listening but for letting us in and having a great damn time. And they even let us back in the next night to the VMA after party free of charge AND no line. love love love, thank you playhouse. PS. I FIND IT REALLY FUNNY THAT EVERYONE WHO GAVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR, NEVER ACTUALLY GOT IN... lol isnt that against rateclubs rules? don't write a review unless you've experienced it? bahahahha
by Omar Rucinski on I came out here Halloween to party, since everything place on Mill had a line we just picked this one place to party for the night. Drinks are cheap, I was shocked at how low the bill was at the end of the night after buying rounds of drinks until our party got their buzz on, but maybe its just me used to Hollywood prices. T_T Out in LA you get used to paying for parking, cover and then exorbitant prices for drinks. I love their signature cherry vodka drink, its tasty! Its kinda like a Shirley Temple?! Service at the bar was quick for the amount of people there. Plenty of room for dancing which is always a plus.
by Trinidad Attianese on hooray for central square i think middlesex has stepped up their game in the past year. used to be a semi-swanky after work crowd sipping on goofy drinks... but now... now it is a fun big ol open room, with really nice bartenders & super duper swwet servers. their menu is expanding, i'd suggest trying the 10 tiny tacos! music, oh the music. in a typical week you will find dj kon , thunderdome dj's, soul-le-lu-jah dj's & live bands every now & again. whootie whooo
