First off, I created a rateclubs account just to comment on this establishment. Ok, here is a blunt honest review. I used to love the Roxy, what happened? I went to Steve Aoki, probably the best "House" show I have ever been to, the guy is a genius and a party animal and if it wasn't for him, I would probably never go back to Royale. First off, I got there around 11:20pm, Aoki got on at midnight, didn't get into the doors until 12:10pm, 50 minutes in line, the door men had NO EFFING CLUE how to manage a crowd, people cut like crazy, and I almost pissed my pants, but I figured that it will all be worth it. The door man did apologize for the delay, but it should have been so much easier, but instead of one line they had 3 and they gave special privelages to people...definition of a cluster F*** x2! Anyway, everyone was well dressed, the place looked really nice, and drinks are a dollar cheaper than the Roxy days. DO NOT BUY MIXED DRINKS, you are literally pissing your money away, for $10 (w/tip) they are watered down and not tasty. I drink vodka tonics for the record. So classy place, overpriced, terrible management, to add to this trifecta...the crowd was awful, easily the biggest D BAGS I have ever been to at a show, only Badfish at Lupo's in Rhode Island leaves a similar taste in my mouth. I have been to hundreds of shows all accross the East Coast and this one of the worst crowds ever, we had line cutters, foot trippers, one of the performers on stilts was pushed down by a guy and no one, not even the Asian man who knocked him down, would help him out! He crawled out on his knees...is anyone human anymore? I even got cut in the coat check line by some girl who I was trying to have piss off because I called her out on cutting but she literally went in front of me at the last minute. So the only reason this place gets a two stars is because Aoki was godly, the sound is good, the place is really posh, I always loved the Roxy so its a no brainer, but damn man, the management needs to get their act together because so far its looking like a wasted investment financially speaking. My buddy is currently trying to convince me to go to Kaskade with him this Friday, but after Aoki last Friday, I don't know... think my heart can take that much stress again? On a side note, DeadMau5 is playing the house of blues in July...he played Roxy a few months ago...wonder why he is switching to a different venue all of a sudden...hmmm...makes me wonder.

Their adult gymnastics program is the best in the city. They have classes from entry level through elite. You can also take ice-skating classes, rock climb, learn to be a trapeze artist and more. They even have a spa. This is the sports enthusiasts dream!
