by Sarah A. on My Studio is only open Tuesday nights so far, and I must say... This is the new Tuesday hot spot! Same promoters from Tuesday at Guys & Dolls and Voyeur Fridays, so you know it's got to be good. It kind of resembles a smaller version of My House. Two full bars, big dance floor, and gorgeous people all around. The bartenders are all very attractive and friendly. I recommend getting table for two reasons: 1) Tables take up majority of the dance floor 2) People were still waiting outside at 1-1:30am, sucks for them! Outside, the decor is nothing special, but the inside is pretty cool. Inside decor is much like a mysterious seductive bedroom or living room, with book shelves and all that stuff. They have this cool bubble looking thing on the ceiling which was different and eye pleasing. My Studio has only been open for three Tuesdays. I definitely recommend this place. Definitely in my top 3 with Voyeur. Also, it is right next door to Geisha House, which serves great Sushi! Definitely a Plus!

The weekend just seemed to have a mind of its own. That or Vessel took over my mind and was controlling my body, which without a mind of its own, was, of course, just a vessel. If so, I certainly didnt mind, because this weekend Vessel re-mind-ed me where in SF to anchor your vessel for a while. Cool venue, great sound and solid djs. The bartenders are cool and they serve hangar one. The tables are fun and apparently good for dancing. The bathrooms are interesting as there are relaxing surf sounds playing in the stalls and the sinks are shared. A good place to meet people, if you dont mind getting your hands .. clean. Loses one star for tricking me into coming three nights in a row and leaving me feeling now like I have straight hangar one pumping through my ... vessels.
