I have been to Tao twice and it's been very consistent each time. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the city. Appetizer: Pork Spring Roll with Thai Chili or any Sushi Roll Dinner: If you are a carnivore get the Wasabi Crusted Filet Mignon with Tempura of Onion Rings. Try a side of Pork fried Rice too. Dessert: Banana Pudding Enough said!

I did not know that the infamous Nick's Crispy Tacos was in Rouge! Haha. Finally tried this place last week and the tacos were great! I had the fried fish taco and the carne asada taco, both Nick's style. I don't think I got the happy hour tacos, but it doesn't even matter. The two tacos were filling and sooo good! The combination of soft and crunchy shells, tons of guac and onions, lime, and the meat/fish were perfect! All the while, a dj was spinning some great songs (hot, current ones and bringing back some good, old ones). Surprisingly, it was better than the music I've heard here on club nights! Very curious to check out the new location...

I heart this club! This place is just so totally awesome, I love the crowd, the music and the venue. I have gone there twice now, once for a burning man crowd event, which is a scene that I love and the disco skating night, which is slightly dangerous and extremely fun at the same time.

I was here a while ago for their opening party and then again last Friday (4/29) for dinner. They have a strange menu, half sushi and half california cuisine. I tried the sushi and it was an unfortunate experience. The sushi rice was gritty and the fish was poorly cut and not very fresh. For $6-$8 per nigiri this is a joke. Rolls were priced into the stratosphere as well. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was practically empty at 7:30 on a Friday night. Conclusion: perhaps this is a night club and not a restaurant?
