I may be a little bias because I was attending an event here but I think it's definitely a twist on the average ol' bowling alley. It's the bowling alley for the posh and fancy like with a little money to burn or even the wanna bes. I say that in the nicest of ways though because if I had could afford to make this a regular spot when i'm feelin' fancy I probably would. Two story posh bowling alley. You're greeted at the main entrance by a large bouncer wearing all black. You make the hike up the stairs where you're greeted by a LARGE and LONG bar straight ahead. To your left a few bowling lanes and to your right a private room with your own bowling lane. Niiice right? :oD In front of the bar theres also a pretty decent sized dance floor with an enormous and beautiful chandelier above, and along the walls oodles of leather couches and seats and tables. I also must mention the bathrooms. Glamorous!! The lighting could be a bit brighter in there but one of theeeee nicest bathrooms i've ever seen. I love where they've got the d.j too. She/he is perched above the bar in their own little loft like accomodation overlooking everything. I wouldn't be surprised if they had their own bar with complimentary bartender and leather couch up there as well. All in all I had a great time, but as I said I was there for an event, but if I could I would visit this place more often. I didn't bowl, but I could see myself shaking up the dance floor and just hanging out with my friends.

They roast their own tasty beans and bake their own divine cupcakes. My cupcake was a dense and delicious pistachio-chocolate-chunk, topped with a dab or ganache and finished with a beautiful, airy meringue. I'm definitely looking for the next excuse to go back! ----------------------------------- 07.06.07 Edit Went here on the tuesday night before the Fourth of July and was disappointed by how loud the music was. My friends and I walked straight back out, as there was no way we could even shout to eachother. Take that and the faux-stuffy clientele, and I'm not likely to visit at night again. At least not a popular night. Minus a star. Sorry
