by Sonia S. on I'm reviewing this as a club, not a restaurant as I have not yet eaten here under the new management. The layout of this venue makes it difficult to socialize and find people easily. The floorplan is spread out all over the place, making it feel like you're in a maze, and the inside feels like an old basement. Given that San Francisco has cold nights, it's hard to truly enjoy the outdoor deck without being bundled up or sitting directly under a heat lamp (which were on the weak side at this place). The views are pretty amazing, and it really is nice being on the water..but no cab will ever come out here, so essentially your stranded at the end of the night...not so fun, when you're freezing. I think management could do something to improve the ambiance of this place and make it easier to navigate.
by Eldon Ledoux on 3 stars simply for the fact that they have big screen t.v.s that play sports contests (and I love sports). The club itself is nothing that's great. The DJ has been average to below average the time I went. The most memorable experience I had here was when a friend won a dancing contest against a woman doing a traditional indian dance (which was good btw) against hip-hop music. It was absolutely classic ...although I guess you just had to be there.
