by juls j. on Attended SF Cocktail week opening. Not a shock, but I'm all for free cocktails and no cover charge. The drink was delicious, the 2 drops I got of it, and I really liked the space . I will probably check it out again. The scene was an interesting mix of people on the pull and tourists. I love old ladies who travel in packs. Love it! Not much else to report.
by Marcel Klinge on If I was to play a show with a band it would be here. The ambiance is stellar; old school, sort of Hollywood golden times. Something in a the Art Deco as well. The table are makes me think of an old cabaret in pre war Berlin or Paris, I don't know for sure. The floor is good, the stage is a damn good height. I kept wanting to be a better man, more sophisticated, more debonair and suave. I would drink my whatever on the rocks, take a long drag on my cigarette and find a new woman to love. (that's right, I'm over the last one and Bimbo's helped me)
