by danielle a. on okay, so i mean i been some places, but this is as good as it gets!!!!!..................my girls had a happy hour there not once but 7 time sin a row and we are not even from the area!!! they have a 1 hour open bar!!! 3 dollar apple martinis, free food, a deck!!! sexy men walking around!!!! 3 floors, a great DJ!!!!! what more can you ask for? i dont know and dont think of anything!!!! i mean they have happy hours that you can have FOR FREE! on a friday!!!! and you get all that....old school and new school hip hop, and believe me if it gets crowded, you get 2 more floors to have fun!!! from what i can remember they have a private lot, and its right on south street, if you dont like it......drive on broad street, right in to the "ritzy" area near the kimmel center and have a drink for $65!!! but you will not do that once you go here!!! call ahead of time...and/or check it out!!!!! top notch!!!!
by Odell Castanon on Don't bother. I came here last year and had an OK time even though the bathroom attendant woman stole $100 out of my wallet that I left in the stall. My friend had a bday and had space in the back so that is probably what made it seemingly kind of sort of fun. But I went here Saturday and it was horrible. Overly crowded with either Bridge and Tunnel or what seemed to be young (like 18 year old young) college girls from out of town, and you can't even sit unless you order bottle service. My friend had everyone meet her at Retox for her birthday--and after a certain time, people weren't even allowed in unless they ordered bottle service. WTF? The bartenders are friendly and make the drinks well and that is about the only perk which really isn't much of a perk after spending $26 on two drinks. I'd probably never go here again. Not worth it. Oh and not to mention--it was a $25 cover.
