by Wade Dushaj on The real draw here is the bottomless mimosas for $7...if you haven't already gathered that from the nearly thousand other reviews. The food is meh. I wouldn't come back here just for a meal. The Egg Fritatta was mediocre. I was just thankful it had cheese on top and potatoes on the side. But most everyone seems to come for the dranks, ambience and club feel so early in the morning. We had a huge group of thirty and their servers were on top of it. It can get kinda crazy with that many women all asking for different things but they were patient and made sure to get us everything we asked for. It's a fun place with a cool vibe to gather with friends. A little loud to talk over the music...kinda like a club, though some people looked like they were just rollin' in from the club.
by Madeleine M. on Really one of the greatest small music stores ever (at least, it was the last time I was there a few years ago). The staff is a freaking blast, your chance of finding some obscure record you've been hunting for years is astounding, and at least one of the scribbled-upon posters will make you snicker. And, if I'm remembering correctly, the prices were pretty reasonable, too. Which is a definite plus when you're a broke student / twentysomething / artist / devout follower of good music who'd rather spend your last five bucks on a hard-to-find EP instead of dinner.
