by Charissa Spartin on I went here with a large group of girls. This is definitely one of those clubs that you get out of it what you put into it. I would not recommend coming here with 1 or 2 people. You need to come with a large group and get table service. I recommend the large group to pay for the obnoxiously big bill...... Table service has a 3 bottle minimum, with bottles starting at $310. We were on the guest list and rushed in where we had to sign an agreement that we would adhere to the 3 bottle minimum. Once we got sat at our table, a waitress came and took our order. She was extremely helpful at first, but kind of disappeared as the night went on - which was fine b/c there were tons of bussers to help out. The service here was good, but be prepared to pay the 20% service charge on top of the bill. Also, check your account after you go to Marquee. I recently did and there was an additional charge on my account that was never authorized. I have confidence it will be taken care of, but annoying nonetheless. It actually equals 20% of my total bill -looks like the waitress ran her service charge - twice......annoying, so annoying. UPDATE: This charge fell off my card today, so all good. Music was OK. I'm not really into house music so I'm biased. We went to the hip hop upstairs of the club a couple of times and the selection was much better there. You unfortunantly can't dance anywhere without getting groped. Another reason to get a table - you can dance around it with your girlfriends in peace! A wedding band means nothing here! There were no hot guys here - just a bunch of creeps that would lurk around the tables asking for girls phone numbers. I witnessed the same guy hit on at least 6 girls in a 10 minute period. Bathroom lines were extremely long. All in all, it was a lot of fun and in the end the high price was worth it for the number of people we were with. Go with a pack of girls and get a table to have a central area to congregate.
by Sarah B. on Five star night! I did end up Saturday with a Harlot Headache but think I must take responsibility for that. Not open yet but so many reviews...Perplexing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They explained the history of the bldg and why it's named Harlot. The group I was with had a couple tables so that may have helped with the kindness. Our glasses were never empty. I liked the space and the decor but not a huge fan of the antler chandeliers....Good dance music, excellent people watching, The crowd was a good mix and very little attitude present, no 'kids' either Yeah! Ladies be forewarned, there is a one way window looking into not out of the women's bathroom, unknowingly you might just find yourself being the entertainment.
