Went here for drinks and dancing after having gone to Audrey Claire for dinner. The music was fantastic. The DJ mixed a lot of old and current stuff and even included some bachata and merengue since the party I was with were all latinas and latinos. Ashame though there is this giant dance floor and nobody was dancing! At peak I would say maybe 10 people were dancing when they could easily fit 80-100 people. It is perfect for low key dancing and drinking after a night eating around the area but is nothing crazy. I enjoyed myself!

Not only do the girls check you out at 111 Minna, they also have the chutzpah to come over and make up some shit to talk to you about and you'll get nervous and wish you were drunker. And the art's alright, but not good enough to give you something to talk about. You're going to have to talk about Alaska instead. Is that okay? "Alaska is the last frontier," you'll be saying. "Crab fishing is a dangerous occupation." It's going poorly, and there's no one to blame but 111 Minna. The faces are beautiful here, and often the beautiful faces are wearing funny glasses, and sometimes pretty dresses too. Too bad you're a grown-up now and you've got to get home and get some sleep instead of getting wasted with these faces. If you're ready to talk about some dumb junk and and you've got time in your life for pretty faces, then I can recommend 111 Minna.
