Shoulders slumped and mouth agape, eyes looking every which way in jittery circumspection. We skip three songs. She's sitting inside exchanging spit with the boy (slash father given due relation), face alight with delight as she exclaims "My parents are out of town for the weekend!" Startled, he tenses his face to an upturned-nose, careful to belay attention from the life below. Grabbing her hand he runs to the door, taking care to high five an arbitrary stranger en-route. Youth is contagious, delirious - youth won't remember this tomorrow.
