by Marquita Pirro on so i go here a lot because it's like 2 blocks from where i work, but the one shitty thing about this place is that their draft beer usually taste like shit due to the fact that they don't clean their lines! rule number one in my book, never ever ever compromise the integrity of beer!!!! i hate to sound like a beer snob, and i know i kinda' am one, but really... who wants to drink shitty tasting beer... i rest my case! on the plus side though, i get off of work and usually head straight there on tuesdays with some friends from work and get my buzz on immediately! another great thing about this joint is that they show every single mlb game that is on that day! i am a ny mets fan and during the season i can watch my boys do their thing and talk mad shit about giants fans while they all drink their sorrows away! i don't really care about the pool table in the back, but if you feel inclined to get a game going on to show what you're made of, then thats fine by me... more elbow room @ the bar for me!!!! 3 out of 5 stars ain't that bad, but once again the only reason for this rating is because of the dirty ass sock tasting lines... c'mon guys, clean the fuckin' lines already!!!! see ya' there on tuesday y'all!!!! ***ursa major***
by lea m. on I like the End Up. This place is truly unique. I go for the Kontrol parties once a month on Saturday's. You can get in for free if you show up before 11pm. The End Up is the first after hours club I've stayed at past 3:30am. Why? The music + outdoor heated seating/patios = good times for me. When my legs can't take anymore dancing, I just make my way outside, or to one of the other rooms to sit down, people watch and tap my feet to the beats. This spot is totally known as the place where people come to do drugs and party, or to finish partying while still on their high. Who cares. I always show up sober and am usually sober the whole night. The tweakers are happy and totally harmless. I don't mind them at all, and they are having a great time - the same as me. The bathrooms are nasty which is why I didn't give the fifth star. I stay sober at this place to avoid bathroom usage. When you're gone out of your head, I'm sure any hole in the ground will do.....but, not for this girl. I've been partying in this city for a long time. I'll keep coming here until I get pregnant one day and will be forced to stop. I'm sure the End Up will still be around, however, when my kids are grown up and old enough to go themselves. This place has been around forever. RESPECT!!!!!
