by Wynell Hatt on I give this place a 6 out of 10. **$10 cover is fine **toungue and groove type crowd **$10 liquor drinks and I'm pretty sure they served me pinnacle vodka out of a Stoli bottle (it tasted like crap) I give this place a year unless they reduce their prices. ATL has more options.
by Jake B. on PROS 1. The food is super good. 2. The experience of eating with your hands amongst friends is key. CONS 3. This place is a bar 1st, restaurant 2nd. 4. The table service for the restaurant is B-A-L-L-S. Getting table service is like trying to order water at a bar on Friday night --- worthless. Get drunk so you don't realize that you haven't had your waiter show up since your food was served... We did not even get offered water ONCE during our 2hrs there. For advice, just don't eat here on Friday night -- and I bet it'll be more worthwhile. The food is tasty.... -------------------------------------------------- -- On a side note: the acronym NOPA should not exist. This area is not as large as SOMA and not as yuppified, thus it doesn't deserve such a name. This restaurant is not even directly off the Panhandle... lame.
